Add an Authentication System

Multi-User support
Authentication Methods
- None
- Basic (Un/PW)
- OAuth
  - Personal Accounts (Google, Microsoft, Github)
  - Enterprise Accounts (Basic OAuth Setup)
- LDAP (Possibly)
Role-Based Access
2FA Support

This would also need to be toggleable in order to keep simplicity. Being able to toggle between Authentication enabled and Authentication Disabled.
