Need to add status to icons. Project was originally built with functionality but it did not work as expected. Build this out properly.

Service must ping the : of the service and display a green dot if reachable, red dot if not reachable.

Need to add status to icons. Project was originally built with functionality but it did not work as expected. Build this out properly. Service must ping the <ipaddress>:<port> of the service and display a green dot if reachable, red dot if not reachable.
